The plan establishes an agenda for improving Gonzales Healthcare Systems competitive position and successfully achieving the vision. The plan was developed through the collaborative efforts of Gonzales Healthcare Systems’ board of directors, medical staff, executive team and QHR. Community leaders were interviewed and provided information for the Environmental Assessment that was used during the planning phase. |  |
