A long-awaited hospital expansion will open on Wednesday, May 7th. The opening phase of the expansion includes the following services: Laboratory, Imaging, Medical Records, Outpatient Services, and Emergency Department. “This is a huge step forward in the life of Gonzales Healthcare Systems and everyone should be very proud of our new operational capabilities,” stated Chuck Norris, CEO. The final phase of the expansion process consists of the Specialty Physician Clinic, Labor and Delivery Rooms, and renovation of five existing patient rooms, which is scheduled to be completed by August 2003.
