Business Office
Welcome to Gonzales Healthcare Systems Business Office. Our team works to ensure that your claims are submitted to the appropriate payers. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are eager to help you with any questions you may have about your account(s).
Patient accounts are handled by Gonzales Healthcare Systems Business Office which is located at 1110 Sarah DeWitt Drive, across from the rear entrance of the hospital. To make a payment in person, or inquire about your account, please go to the hospital’s main lobby. The Business Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. In addition, patient account representatives are available by phone at (830) 672-7581, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
