Diagnostic Imaging
 Welcome to Diagnostic Imaging at Gonzales Healthcare Systems
The Diagnostic Imaging department provides routine diagnostic and fluoroscopic services to the patients of Gonzales Healthcare Systems. Routine studies range from simple chest x-rays, skull x-rays, and extremity x-rays to more complex fluoroscopic procedures of the upper and lower GI tract. The dose of radiation received is small and should not be of concern to the patient. If you are pregnant, or there is a possibility that you might be pregnant, please bring this to the attention of your physician and/or technologist performing the examination.
Hours of Operation

The Diagnostic Imaging department provides routine diagnostic service Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. |
|
The department is staffed at all other times for urgent and emergency examinations. |
Scheduling
A written order from your physician is required for the performance of all diagnostic imaging procedures. Many exams require instructions to ensure optimum results. Appointments may be scheduled by calling (830) 672-7581 ext. 217 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. |
