Welcome to the Surgery Department at Gonzales Healthcare Systems
Our surgical department offers general, ENT, urological, obstetrical / gynecological, podiatry, ophthalmological, and endoscopic procedures. This dedicated staff works regular day shifts and then takes "call" to assure coverage for the emergency needs of our community.
In 2005, Gonzales Healthcare Systems was awarded a $50,000 capital improvement grant from the Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA). The funds were allocated to the purchase of operating room equipment. The new suite is now open and furnished with state-of-the-art equipment.
