Patient Accounts are handled by Gonzales Healthcare Systems Business Office which is located at 1110 Sarah DeWitt Drive, across from the rear entrance to the hospital. To make a payment in person, or inquire about your patient account, please go to the information desk / switchboard in the hospital’s main lobby. The Business Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, patient account representatives are available to assist by phone at (830) 672-7581, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Payments can be made at the information desk by cash, check, or credit/debit card. We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. In addition, payments can be made with our On-Line Bill Pay.
