Deep Tissue Massage: Heavy pressure, trigger point and fascia release.
Sports massage and sports injury relief : Brisk massage some stretching promotes faster recovery reduces muscle soreness moves lactic acid build up and also decreases pain and injury.
Stretching: Increases range of motion and flexibility. Stretching also helps with relief of muscle tension, soreness, and tightness.

Paraffin Treatment: Is an excellent way to relax, condition, and detoxify the hands, feet, knees, or elbows. The warm wax not only relaxes, conditions, and detoxifies, but it helps with arthritis pain, stiffness, and circulation. It is also soothing for general muscle soreness. Cleanse, dip, and moisturize the area with a massage.
Exfoliation and masque / wrap: Begin your treatment with a light scrub to cleanse and open pores and exfoliate dead skin, followed by mud masque and body wrap. Relax as you are cocooned in therapeutic mud that detoxifies the skin. On Site Massage Therapy
Our massage practitioner comes to your workplace. The employee is seated in a specially designed chair which allows the therapist to work on the back, neck, shoulders and arms addressing the common problem areas of today’s workers. There is no oil used and the worker remains fully clothed. The massage session usually lasts 10—15 minutes, the average time of a coffee break.
